My boiler stopped during a frost and shows a fault. Why?
A frozen condensate pipe is the most likely cause. You can pour warm, not boiling, water over the outside section, then reset the boiler. If it keeps happening, a heating engineer can reroute or insulate the pipe so it stays clear.
