Many period house streets are steep, with permit parking or nothing at all near the door. Tell us about access when you ask for a quote: whether there is a drive, how many steps there are, and whether the flat is on a top floor with no lift. It all changes how we plan the delivery and how long the job takes.

In a converted building, get the lease out early. Freeholder consent for a new flue is not always quick, and the managing agent may want the engineer's Gas Safe details and the flue position in writing first. We supply both so the approval is not held up on our side.
